These personalised sessions are designed to cater to the needs of a vast range of fitness levels and individual well-being goals. Whether it's that little bit of extra motivation, the desire to increase your cardiovascular fitness, improve muscular strength, gain confidence in functional training or achieve balance in your life - our knowledgeable Fitness Leaders are here to guide you in the right direction.
Options:
Remote programming - We'll collect all the information we need from you so that our Fitness Leaders can write up a programme that you can do from anywhere. We'll send it direct to your email with extra tips, tricks and all the information you need. This option is great for those who have limited availability or can't make it into the facility for an in-person session.
In-person programming - an hour long session with one of our Fitness Leaders where you'll have a personalised programme written based on your exercise history and personal goals, your Fitness Leader will take you step by step through your programme and make sure you leave confident in your ability to complete the programme on your own.
