Tertiary Staff Membership - Off Peak

This membership includes:

• • Facility access between the hours of 6am-2pm Mon-Fri and all day Sat and Sunday
  • Use of the courts (netball, table tennis, basketball, volleyball and badminton) and associated equipment
  • Use of weights, cardio and functional zones
  • Access to group fitness classes during the designated hours.
  • Free use of pool and foosball tables
  • Student rates on all rentals from the Outdoor Rental Centre 
  • Free use of lockers
  • Access to hot showers
  • One complementary fitness programme for 12 month memberships

Terms & Conditions

Staff memberships are available to all University of Otago and Otago Polytechnic staff with presentation of their staff ID. “Staff member” means a person who is employed by the University or Polytech on a half time or greater basis and has a contract of employment with the University or Polytech of 10 months or longer.

• Memberships are valid from the day you pick up your card until the specific expiry date.
• 1-month membership lasts for 30 days; 12-month membership is 365days
• A complimentary fitness programme session is available for those who purchase a 12-month membership
• The membership is non-transferable and is only valid for the individual who purchased it
• Memberships include access to group fitness classes
• One card is issued per member. The card must be brought to each visit and scanned for access
• If a card is lost or damaged, there will be a $5 replacement fee
• No refunds 
• Members must follow Unipol's safety guidelines and regulations
• Photography and video recording are prohibited without prior approval
• Misuse of the membership card or violation of Unipol's rules may result in termination of membership without a refund.
